It's impossible for a solution like Uplisting to cover all bases for all property managers, in the most optimal way. We focus on building features which add the most value (which you can see on our roadmap), and understand you'll always need to use other apps to solve different challenges.
We want to make it as easy as possible for you to access your booking data and use it in ways that best suit your needs.
Our philosophy is to allow you access your data in the most flexible way, allowing you to use other apps to solve unique challenges

What is Zapier?
Zapier is an online automation tool that connects your favourite apps, such as Uplisting, Gmail, Slack, MailChimp, and over 1,000 more.
You can connect two or more apps to automate repetitive tasks without coding or relying on developers to build the integration. Move info between your web apps automatically, so you can focus on your most important work. It's easy enough that anyone can build their own app workflows with just a few clicks.
There are no end to the uses of the Uplisting Zapier integration. This is a fun but valuable example that might not immediately spring to mind.
Answer guests by name when they call
You (and your team) probably find yourself answering the phone to guests but don't know who's calling, or texting? Create a Zap to send new booking information to your Google Contacts so next time a guest calls, you can answer them by name.
Once you set the Zap up, it runs automatically in the background
Here are a few other ways to automate your operations:
Accounting and invoicing
Each time a booking is imported into Uplisting create an accounting entry. Filter by Booking.com bookings and send those guests an invoice.
Store guest details in your favourite marketing tool for direct marketing.
Automated SMS messaging
- Send an alert by SMS when a new booking is synced to Uplisting
- Send an SMS to your housekeeping team when a new booking on one or more listings is imported
- Send an SMS to your guests
Sync booking information to Google Sheets, Excel, Monday, Airtable and more. Use this synced information to layer operational services on top.
Automatic contract creation and signing via Hellosign, etc
Head on over to the Uplisting integration page on Zapier and either pick a Zap template (we're adding more every week) or choose an app to connect with to make your own workflows.
